જૂના જમાનામાં ઋષિઓ પોતાના આત્માની ઓળખ માટે ગુફામાં જતાં, દુનિયાથી વિમુખ થઈ જતા. આજે એવી વિમિખતા કેળવવાની જરૂર છે.
